Ecobank Headquarters – Accra, Ghana

We were engaged by Energoprojekt to supply and install the complete MEP package for Ecobank’s new headquarters in Accra, Ghana — the bank’s principal office for all of Western Africa.

Project Overview

Delivered between 2015 and 2017, the 18,000 m² development comprises:

• Block A:
  • Two basements
  • Ground floor
  • 13 upper floors
• Block B:
  • One basement
  • Ground floor
  • Five upper floors

Our scope spanned:

• Electrical systems
• Plumbing systems
• Low-current systems
• Security systems
• Audio-Visual (AV) systems
• A ~200 m² Data Centre housing 32 racks

Technology Infrastructure

The project demanded extensive technological integration, including:

• 546,000+ metres of wiring and cabling
• 288 IP cameras
• 1,000 VoIP stations
• Crestron-based AV systems

This scale required exceptional coordination, precision, and rigorous quality control throughout execution.
