We provided MEP supervision for the Kempinski Hotel Accra — a flagship five-star property integrated with the Galleria Mall at the heart of Ghana's capital.
We were engaged to provide MEP supervision for the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City in Accra — one of Ghana's foremost luxury hospitality addresses, integrated with the Galleria Mall retail complex. Our supervisory role required close coordination with main contractor Zakhem Construction and the Kempinski brand standards team, ensuring that every mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system across guest floors, back-of-house operations, and common areas was delivered to the exacting standards expected of the Kempinski portfolio. Five-star hospitality supervision demands not only technical oversight but a thorough understanding of the brand's guest experience requirements — and our team brought both.
