OLAM Cocoa Processing Factory

We were engaged by the OLAM Group to deliver MEP works for their cocoa processing facility in Kumasi, the agricultural heartland of Ghana. OLAM is one of the world's foremost agri-commodity businesses, and their Kumasi factory plays a strategic role in the value chain — processing cocoa closer to its source rather than exporting it raw, capturing greater value for the Ghanaian economy in the process. Our scope covered the full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems required to commission a high-capacity industrial processing environment, from power distribution and industrial electrical installations to utilities infrastructure across the production floor. Operating in Kumasi — Ghana's second city and the centre of its cocoa belt — required strong logistical capability and a team that could deliver to industrial standards in a demanding, continuous-production environment. This project reflects our growing industrial portfolio in West Africa and our ability to support major international corporations in building critical processing infrastructure on the ground.
